Dhaka is a biggest city of Bangladesh. Always there having traffic jam. It is biggest problem in our country. Populations are passing time hours by hour in these insufferable hots.
I wonder if you have anti-idling campaigns there too. Here, in Canada, if vehicles stand in one place for too long running (like in traffic jams) many people turn off their cars. Many environmental activists are pushing for these habits to become law.

No air conditioning in cars?
Thank you so much for your comments. I don’t know in cars have or no any air conditioning. But maximum cars have no air conditioning.
